  1. This version is for Windows 95/98 ONLY.
  2. It will not run under Windows NT.

  4. If you have Windows 95a (Windows 95 first release), you
  5. need to install IE 3.0 or above before running DynaIP.

  7. If you have Windows 95b, Windows 95c or Windows 98, 
  8. you may install any version of Microsoft IE or Netscape 
  9. Internet browser before running DynaIP.
